I saw Blessed by a Broken Heart AND HORSE the band live this weekend. Man it was aaaaawesome.
First off, BBABH on friday~
THe first few bands sucked. I didn't like I'am a ghost at all, even though alot of people came for them. To me the singer looked like a Gerard Way knockoff? Same hair, clothes, way of acting, makeup etc. It was kind of annoying. We spent most our time outside [looking for food]
But then BBABH came. AND MELTED MY FUCKING FACE RIGHT OFF.
Memorable moments~ (because I'm too lazy to do a detailed report about the whole damn thing.)
The I'am a ghost singer kept whining about BELGIAN WAFFLES. We were like YEAH. WE GET IT. WE HAVE AWESOME WAFFLES. STFU, GTFO, BRING OUT BBABH. D:
Tony Gambino: "My voice is GONE. So I'm sorry if I miss a few notes."
*Shred Sean... shreds."
Tony Gambino: "Sean won't miss any notes."
*Shred Sean shreds MOAR.*
Tyler XOX: "In fact, Sean will ADD notes."
Tony Gambino Flexing his muscles, jumping around and smiling the cheesiest smile you've ever seen. The combination made it extremely gay looking. 8D
Tony Gambino randomly jumping up and grabbing the scaffolding (I think that's what it's called?) over our heads and started doing tricks. I was sure he was gonna fall on my head u___u!!
Then he also randomly did a blackflip on stage to further prove his awesometastic strength.
They played Move Your Body and the crowd went wild~
I sang into the mic twice~
They played Mic Skillz 2. For the first time EVER. Because it was Halloween. And we were awesome 8DDDD
I sang into the mic with the 'go ninja go ninja go, go ninja go ninja go, go ninja go ninja go, go go go go' bit. 8D
Then someone kicked me in the back while hardcore moshing. For some reason I refrained from punching him in the eye. D:
But when later there was a fight over the drumstick (I didn't bother.) that person was one of the fighters~ And I elbowed him a few times. Cause he FAILS. D8
OH AND THEY PLAYED MIC SKILLZ 2 LIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVARRRRRRRR. /repeat/
I'm not sure right now if there was anything else. Right now my brain is sorta like /bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep/ 8D
Anyway. Yesterday was HORSE the band.
The other bands... SUCKED. D: The first band sounded good at first but they were extremely repetitive. All the songs sounded the saaaaaame. D:
The second band sounded good. But their lack of vocalist and semi psychedelic music made it hard for us to stay awake. On top of that, at the end when we were standing at the front waiting for HTB, they came about 40 minutes late. Me and Niek-wife were pretty much thinking "this is a waste of money AND time."
But then HTB came. AND MELTED OUR FACES OOOOOOOFF. Though not as much as BBABH did 8DDDDDDD
When they had to do their soundcheck, it took AGES, and Erik started whining like "... Can't we just plaaay already?" it was cute. XD
I fell onto the stage a few times cause I was right at the front and it was so damn low. David kept NEARLY hitting us in the face with his guitar. And I was afraid Erik would headbutt me. è__é In the end all both of them (AND Nathan) really did was sweat on us. And spit on Niek. Mmmmpleasant. Erik was generally being cute. Which I'm starting to get used to with him. I felt an urge to go HUG him afterwards. He was telling a story about how much their day sucked, like how they got stuck at a gas station for several hours, ended up having to take a cab from london to dover and paying 500$ for it and godknowswhatelse XD We were like awww D: Let us pinch your cheeks! Rub your head! Give you a bigggg hug! XD
Nathan's fly kept coming undone, and when he first noticed it he took out his penis. Me and Niek were NOT PLEASED. -/////- we both looked away and noticed that EVERY MAN IN THE AUDIENCE WAS STARING. Bunch of GAYBOS. 8D But yes. We are both traumatised. ;o;
Nathan probably told every man in the room that they were gay. It was amusing.
When they were done, the crowd refused to move. This posed a problem seeing as how the venue had no backstage area. It made it impossible for them to leave. Erik tried but some guys just pushed him right back on stage, and people kept yelling for moar. It was fun. They were our bitches 8D Erik was saying "but we have nothing else to plaaaaay". But David was being a smart man and said "Oh yeah except for that ONE song that EVERYWHERE we go EVERY NIGHT they ask for us to play it." And then Nathan told him to shut up.
But they DID play /that/ song. And it turned out to be Sex Raptor. Which made ME a happy raptor~
After that, Nathan managed to somehow escape. The end. XD
I bought one of their shirts, though it was a universal size M and thus makes me look like a FAT COW. But Niek-wife told me she'd take it in for me~
Whenever we saw Erik after that, we had to resist the urge to go give him a hug. XD That was about 4 times. We managed NOT to do it, but sorta regretted it. Dang shiz. 8D
... I think that's about it. 8D
I have no drama to update on for once! 8DDD SCORE. <3
